When an appointment is scheduled, it is the customer’s responsibility to plan and have all pets relocated outside of the treatment area during time of treatment. Customers are also responsible for keeping pets outside of the treated area until a minimum of 1 hour has passed since completion of treatment. Customers will be held liable for any injuries sustained by employees from any pets present during scheduled treatment times. Employees also have the right to reschedule appointments if they feel threatened or endangered by any pets located in the treatment area.
